Lucy Wellmaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Published Author at Inspired by the WOW Moments of Life since May 2018, where expertise spans topics such as self-care and personal development. As HR Manager at Machine Specialties, Inc., since May 2017, respect was gained from executives and a position on the Leadership Team was secured, emphasizing employee relations. Lucy is also a Certified Life Coach with a focus on one-on-one and group coaching, offering Laser Life Coaching through a 33-Day Email Exchange. Previously, as Program Director at the Women's Resource Center of Greensboro from September 2010 to May 2017, management of a pre-employment program benefited numerous women in transition. Lucy also served as the first School Counselor at Guilford County School System from August 1989 to June 1997, where a school-wide guidance program was successfully developed. Lucy holds an M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a graduate of the Life Coaching program at The Institute for Life Coach Training.
