Tricia Schoener is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at MacFarlane Energy since October 2023. With a robust background in the field, Tricia previously worked at LendingClub as a Recruiter from January 2021 to January 2023, following the acquisition of Radius, where Tricia held various roles including Vice President, AVP, and Human Resources Officer from April 2013 to January 2021. Prior roles at LoJack Corporation from June 2008 to January 2013 included positions such as Associate HR Generalist and Human Resources Assistant Recruiter/Coordinator. Tricia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Bryant University in 2008 after graduating from Dedham High School in 2004.
