Nusrat Sharmin Rahman is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Deputy Manager HR at MACES BD since March 2023. Previously, Nusrat worked as Assistant Manager and Senior Executive at MGH Group from October 2019 to February 2023, successfully overseeing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for multiple trainee batches. Earlier roles include Management Trainee, where Nusrat executed the National Career Fair 2019 in collaboration with North South University, and internship at British American Tobacco Bangladesh, assisting in recruitment and data management. Nusrat is a graduate of North South University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Finance. Active participation in the NSU Communication Club has also contributed to strong verbal and written communication skills.
