Lily Roberts

Information Technology Product Manager at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions

Lily Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lily started their career as a Bartender at Sam's Tavern in 2012, where they excelled in customer service and built a strong rapport with regular customers. In 2013, they worked as a Server at HAWTHORNE HOPHOUSE LLC, providing quality service and staying knowledgeable about the rotating beer selection. Lily also worked as a Server at Lardo PDX during the same time, seamlessly transitioning between various front-of-house duties.

Moving into the theater industry, Lily joined Village Theatre KIDSTAGE as an Assistant Stage Manager and later as a Production Management Intern in 2014. Lily gained experience in stage management and event coordination during their time there.

In 2015, Lily transitioned to the technology industry and joined Validar Inc as an Operations Coordinator. Lily led the deployment of hardware and software solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to handle crisis management and issue tracking. Lily then moved on to become a Project Manager, orchestrating teams through the entire lifecycle of software implementation projects and ensuring project expectations were met. Lily provided motivation, guidance, and milestone metrics to stakeholders and internal team members.

Most recently, Lily joined MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in 2020 as an IT Project Manager. Lily successfully managed IT projects and recently transitioned to the role of Information Technology Product Manager in September 2022.

Throughout their career, Lily has consistently demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a dedication to providing excellent service and achieving project goals.

Lily Roberts holds a Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts from Marymount Manhattan College. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in July 2020.
