Robert Reid is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator at MacDon Industries since August 2007, Robert manages a mixed vendor network utilizing Cisco equipment and FortiNet security appliances. Previously, as a Systems Support Specialist at DPD Software Ltd. from February 2002 to August 2007, Robert was responsible for troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, as well as basic networking and system installations. Earlier in the career, Robert worked as a Service Technician at Kortex Technical Services from 1999 to 2002, focusing on testing new equipment, installing Windows and network adapters, and repairing Lexmark and HP printers. Robert completed education at Herzing College from 1997 to 1999 and attended Souris School from 1985 to 1997.
