Lena Kugelmann possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Specialist in HR Operations & Talent Management at Macaw Deutschland since June 2021. Lena's career began at rheingold institut Köln as a Studioassistenz in Büromanagement from April 2017 to April 2020. Academically, Lena holds a Master of Arts in Personalentwicklung from IU International University of Applied Sciences, pursued from October 2021 to October 2023, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, completed in May 2021.
