Kristina Gruzauskiene is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Macaw Lithuania since October 2018. Previously, Kristina held the position of HR Specialist at PAROC from September 2007 to August 2018, where responsibilities included a wide range of HR functions and a one-year substitution role as ISO 9001 manager, deepening understanding of company processes. Kristina holds a Master's degree in Business Management from ISM University of Management and Economics, completed in June 2023, and has acquired CIPD qualifications (2017-2019) and attended the Employer Branding Academy in 2016. Kristina earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas (2004-2009).
