Andy Spurgeon serves as Chief Financial Officer for both Macadamia Beauty, LLC and Macadamia Beauty B.V. since November 2019, and as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Spurgeon and Company since July 2011, specializing in providing fractional leadership in finance, accounting, IT, operations, and advisory services to small and midsize companies primarily in the oil and gas and financial services industries. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting at ATTI Corp, Accounting Manager at Aveda Transportation and Energy Services, and various consultancy positions. Andy Spurgeon holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University, along with educational experience at the University of New York in Prague.
