Damien O'Loughlin is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at MACA Ltd since March 2017, Damien previously held the role of Senior Project Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Hanssen from 2012 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing the design and construction of a high-rise building complex with over 480 units and multiple additional structures. Other significant roles encompassed Project Engineer positions at FK Gardner & Sons for the QCLNG project's Central Processing Plant and at Silverstrand Developments for the Northern Water Treatment Plant, as well as Site Engineer at Coffey Construction overseeing bridge construction and roadworks. Damien holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
