Orna Barak Yehezkely is an experienced professional with a strong focus on entrepreneurship and community development. Currently serving as the Head of Entrepreneurial Initiatives and Business Community Development at Maavarim Baemek, Orna has successfully established and manages "Yizraeliot," a vibrant community of over 70 female entrepreneurs. In addition, Orna is the Owner and Narrative Women's Circles Facilitator at Women with Wings, where Narrative Listening Circles inspire collaboration and empowerment among women. Orna's prior roles include HR & Operations Manager at Terra Venture Partners, where organizational policies and employee welfare initiatives were developed, and Marketing Director and Office Manager at Ofir Shpigel Media and Public Relations. With a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television from Tel Aviv University, along with additional education from the University of Haifa and the Uriel Center, Orna brings a diverse skill set to their endeavors.
