Jan Brouwers has extensive experience in music education and coordination, currently serving as a Docent CKV, Docent Muziek, and ICT-coördinator at Maaswaal College Wijchen since March 1990. Additionally, Jan has worked as a freelance Piano Docent since August 1984 and has held the position of Dirigent for various choirs since April 1985. Jan's involvement with choirs and soloists dates back to April 1980 as a Begeleider. Educational qualifications include a 1e graads degree in Schoolmuziek B and a 1e graads degree in Piano Docerend Musicus, both obtained from Conservatorium Tilburg between 1982 and 1989, following foundational studies at Elzendaalcollege Boxmeer from 1976 to 1982.
