Leonard A. is currently the IT Service Manager at Maastro, and also serves as the team leader for the Servicedesk. Prior to this role, Leonard worked as a Business Process Manager at Gemeente Maastricht and gained experience as an intern in information and automatization at Radar. Leonard has a Master's degree in Information Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Service and Management from Hogeschool Zuyd.
