Warren Lasten is currently serving as a Clinical Researcher in the Surgical Department at Universiteit Maastricht since October 2024. Previously, Warren completed a WESP Research Internship at Maastricht UMC+ in early 2024, focusing on the diagnostic potential of volatile organic compounds related to thyroid cancer. Warren has extensive experience in patient support roles, including serving as an ADL Assistant at Fokus Wonen and as a Junior Triagist with Auxilio Zorgprofessionals & Academie, where responsibilities included triaging patients in out-of-hours medical settings. Additional clinical exposure includes various roles as a co-assistant in specialties such as surgery, elderly care, general practice, psychiatry, and neurology. Warren holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Biomedical Sciences from Maastricht University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Medicine at the same institution, with studies anticipated to conclude in August 2024.
