Thomas Maas is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at STERN technologies since January 2022, Thomas also holds the position of Project Engineer at Maan Group - The Plus in Progress, starting in April 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Student Mechanical Engineer at the ThermoPlastic Composites Research Center, focusing on advanced manufacturing methods for the aviation industry. Thomas has also contributed as a Chassis Engineer for Electric Superbike Twente, a Factory Engineer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group, and held various roles in student organizations and internships that enhanced administrative and engineering skills. Thomas earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente and furthered studies at the Universidade do Porto.
