Benjamin Kwesi Mbroh is a seasoned professional in the field of mechanical engineering and plant operation, currently serving as the Lead Production Technician at Maaden Aluminium Company since August 2013. Previously, Mbroh worked as a Production Technician at Volta Aluminium Company Ltd. from August 2007 to July 2013. Mbroh holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Plant Maintenance from Takoradi Technical University, and an SSCE Certificate in Technical - Metal Work from Ghana Secondary Technical School.
