Pat Krogman has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and engineering, with a strong focus on quality management and CNC programming. Currently serving as Quality Manager at M.A. Ford Manufacturing since March 2006, Pat is responsible for promoting quality achievement and aligning the company's quality systems with compliance requirements. Previous roles include Applications Engineer at M.A. Ford Manufacturing, where responsibilities included designing and testing tooling and troubleshooting machining issues, as well as Manufacturing Engineer at Carver Pump Company and IsoTech of Illinois, focusing on CNC programming, process development, and machine shop management. Pat began the career as a CNC Machine Operator at John Deere's Cylinder Division. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Technology with a CNC Manufacturing option from Kirkwood Community College and a high school diploma from Western Dubuque High School.
