William Poole has over 27 years of work experience. William began their career in 1994 as an IT at Gibbs Management Group. Later that same year, they took on the role of Network Administrator at First Data Corporation, where they created and maintained user domain and mailbox accounts, designed and implemented network structures, and installed and configured routers, hubs, and switches. In 2006, they transitioned to VeriFone as an IT Site Support, providing 2nd and 3rd level support for local and regional employees via the ticketing system and providing desktop and server support on Windows XP/Vista/2000/2k3/2k8. In 2010, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Desk Side Support, providing 2nd and 3rd level support for users both internal and external customers via the ticketing system and providing desktop support on Windows Vista/7. In 2014, they moved to the American Bureau of Shipping as an Excecutive Desktop Support, providing 2nd and 3rd level support for users both internal and external customers via the ticketing system, providing desktop support on Windows 7/10, and configuring MAAS360 on mobile devices and MAAS360 server configurations for users. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Support Engineer II at M7 Services.
William Poole attended Gwinnett Technical College from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Microcomputer Maintance and repair.
