Gary DiCenzo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of M3Sixty Capital, LLC, and has held various leadership roles including President & CEO at IMC Group, LLC, and Equity Partner and CEO at Cognios Capital. DiCenzo is actively involved in the Rhode Island College Foundation and the Dramatists Guild Foundation as a board member, contributing to the support and development of educational and artistic initiatives. Additionally, DiCenzo holds independent trustee positions with Volt Equity and previously served as independent chairman for M3Sixty Administration, LLC, and FNEX. A graduate of Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, DiCenzo's expertise encompasses investment management consulting and corporate governance.
