Michael Drake is an experienced executive with over 20 years in the staffing industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at M3 Staffing since April 2008. In this role, Michael leads operational strategies aimed at enhancing growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction, particularly within the construction sector. Prior to M3 Staffing, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President at The Universal Group from January 2010 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations, managing client relationships, and executing strategic plans to boost market presence in the traffic control services industry. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, NS.
