Vince DePalo has been in the business world since 2014. Vince began their career as a Licensed Individual Real Estate Broker in New York, a role they still hold. In 2014, they were also appointed CEO and Managing Director of The Telecom Company. In 2017, they founded Obsessive Cleaning, and in 2021 they founded heyleads.

Vince DePalo received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Real Estate Development from Baruch College and their High School Diploma from Jericho Senior High School.
