Kateryna Bilotska is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer care operations. Currently serving as an Account Manager at M2E since November 2023, Kateryna previously held multiple roles at Elemy, including Customer Care Operations Manager, Senior Care Operations Case Manager, and Customer Experience Specialist, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and supervising a team of Registered Behavioural Technicians. Kateryna also has experience as a Channel Manager at Huawei, assisting partners with onboarding and project management, and worked as a translator and personal assistant at Technex Limited. Earlier in their career, Kateryna taught Chinese language at the Kyiv National Linguistic University. Kateryna holds a Master’s degree in Philology, specializing in Chinese and English languages, from Kyiv National Linguistic University and completed a language training program at Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics in China.
