Luca Prosperi's work experience begins with their current role as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at M^0 Labs since January 2023. They also serve as an Advisor at Cherry Ventures since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Inneres Auge Ltd., where their role involved researching across DeFi and writing. They also worked at MakerDAO as Lending Oversight (Incubation) from December 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they had experience as a Senior Investment Professional, Private Equity at Ripplewood Advisors from October 2018 to January 2021. They also served as Principal, Investments at Partners Capital LLP from June 2015 to July 2017. Luca Prosperi's earlier experiences include working as an Associate, Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley from June 2012 to June 2015. They worked as a Manager, Financial Services at Oliver Wyman from September 2006 to June 2011. Luca Prosperi began their career as an intern in quantitative consulting at Nunatac from October 2005 to January 2006. They also interned at the United Nations in the Statistics Division from June 2005 to September 2005.

Luca Prosperi completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università Bocconi in 2004. Luca then pursued a Master's degree in Economics from the same university, completing it in 2006. In the same year, Luca also participated in an exchange program at Tel Aviv University. Later, in 2013, Luca graduated with an MBA degree in Finance from the London Business School.
