Mantek Singh has held a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Production Engineer at Great Eastern Energy Corporation Ltd., where they drove high-quality solutions that brought organizational change and enhancement. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Human Resources Assistant at New York University, where they served as a liaison with management and employees by resolving questions and work-related problems. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Career Services Assistant at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, where they supported the Career Services department for implementation and management of various software portals. Since 2019, they have been a Project Services Associate at M.X. Data Group, where they focus on providing luxury fashion companies with fully integrated retail solutions, outstanding support services, and business strategies adapted to their needs.

Mantek Singh obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) in 2013. Mantek then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management of Technology from New York University in 2018. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in 2019, Investment Foundations from CFA Institute in 2019, Fundamentals of Visualization with Tableau from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from Project Management Institute in 2018, Retail Pro Certified Application Expert, Retail Pro Certified Reports Professional, and Retail Pro Certified Systems Engineer from Retail Pro International, LLC in 2019.
