Hiran Embuldeniya is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and private equity. Currently a Partner at M Venture Partners since June 2020, Hiran focuses on supporting early-stage, disruptive start-ups in India and Southeast Asia. As a Partner and Director at Ironwood Capital Partners since September 2014, Hiran plays a critical role in managing funds aimed at supporting the growth of Sri Lankan firms. Hiran also founded and served as Managing Director at York Street Partners from November 2011 to September 2014. Prior experience includes management consulting at McKinsey & Company and investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Hiran holds an MBA in Management from Harvard Business School and an MEng in Engineering, Economics, and Management from the University of Oxford.
