Leonoor Schouten Netten has a diverse professional background, currently serving in the Consumer Business at M-TIBA since April 2020. Previous experience includes a role as Policy Advisor to the Mayor at Freetown City Council from September 2019 to February 2020, and working as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company between September 2016 and August 2019. Prior to that, Leonoor worked as an Analyst at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank from May 2015 to May 2016, and completed an internship at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Jakarta from September 2014 to February 2015. Leonoor's early career included serving on the full-time Board of the Delftsche Studenten Societeit "Phoenix" from 2010 to 2011. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's Degree in International Economics, and two Bachelor's Degrees in Economics & Business Economics and Law, all obtained from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with studies at Delft University of Technology and Leiden University.
