Nathaniel Goss is a dedicated professional with experience in management and marketing operations. Currently serving as a Manager at M Street Entertainment Group since March 2021, Nathaniel previously held the role of Marketing Operations Coordinator at Craften from 2023 to 2024. Additionally, a managerial position at Handlebar Cafe from May 2016 to August 2018 involved revamping the café’s coffee program, training staff, and ensuring quality assurance. Earlier experience also includes working as a Kids' Club Counselor and Lifeguard at The Nantucket Hotel and Resort from July 2013 to August 2015, where customer service excellence was a top priority. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, attained between 2015 and 2020, and graduated from Nantucket High School in 2015.
