Muthu has worked for companies such as M Square Systems, Empower the Minds, M-Square Systems Inc, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Collabera, Sun MicroSolutions Inc, Cydent Inc, and Bitech International. Muthu has managed multi-million dollar projects, provided technology consulting, and built complex data architectures. Muthu has also served as a database and business intelligence architect, vice president, and senior database administrator. Muthu is skilled in a variety of technologies including Java, JSP, DB2 UDB, Sybase, cloud services such as Google, AWS, and Azure.

Muthu Natarajan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Madras, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Computer Applications from the same university, specializing in Computer Programming with a focus on specific applications.
