Sharon Laviera has a diverse range of work experience. Sharon started their career as a Front Desk Coordinator at the Esperanza Center in 2008. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Intern at TYKU and later at Freshpair.com. In 2012, they joined MJ Morgan Group as a Recruiter/Operations professional, and later became the Director of Business Operations. Additionally, in the same year, they worked as a Sales Associate at The Corduroy Button.

Sharon Laviera attended Pace University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing.
