Melonie Lagioia is an experienced recruiting professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and office management. Currently serving as an Account Recruiting Manager at MJ Morgan Group since July 2017, Melonie previously held the position of Staffing Manager at Randstad USA and worked as a contract Recruiter at Digital Telepathy. Prior to these roles, Melonie gained valuable experience as an Office Manager at the World Advancement of Technology for EMS and Rescue, Inc., where responsibilities included filtering resumes, scheduling evaluations and interviews, and organizing office operations.
