Erin Varley has been working in various roles since 1994. Erin began their career as a Substitute Teacher with Mt. Gilead Exempted Village Schools in 1994. In 1996, they took on the role of Vice President - Dealer Sales and Development with M.H. EBY, Inc. In 2007, they became a Council Member at Large with the City of Roland. Finally, in 2008, they joined Randall Story State Bank as a Board Member - Director.

Erin Varley obtained their High School Diploma from St. Francis DeSales High School in 1990. Erin then attended Otterbein University, graduating in 1994 with a BA in History. Additionally, they have a certification from JA of South Central Pa for YES! - 7th Grade.
