Judy M. Githaiga is currently serving as the Chief of Human Resource & Support Services at M-Gas since October 2022. Prior to this, she held various senior roles at Safaricom Limited, including Senior Manager of HR Shared Service & HR Technology Projects, Senior Manager of HRBP Regional Sales & Operations, Principal Performance & Talent Management Officer, and Principal Learning & Development Officer. She also worked as a Senior Human Resources Project Manager at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC, Learning Development Manager at Vodafone, and Performance Management & People Development Manager at Orange Kenya. Judy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University, Mater Dei Institute of Education, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Leadership from International Leadership University.
