Reba Leonard, CIE, FAHM, CRMP, MCM, currently serves as the Sr. Director and Head of Corporate Compliance at M Financial Group, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of various compliance programs. Prior to this role, Reba held multiple positions at Examination Resources, LLC, overseeing Market Conduct Examination Teams. Reba's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Compliance and Government Affairs at Aliera Healthcare, managing compliance and regulatory affairs. Additionally, Reba has advised on risk management and health policy as SVP at Goldwater Taplin Group and provided leadership as Chief Compliance Officer at Homeland HealthCare. Earlier career highlights include project management at HSBC Card Services and administrative management at McAfee. Reba’s foundational experience began in the US Army, specializing in communications and serving in instructional roles. Reba earned a B.S. in Business Management from Western Governors University.
