Stuart Barnwell has extensive work experience in the field of business process management and document management systems. Stuart began their career in 2003 as the Show Technical Manager for Robot Wars - Live Shows, where they were responsible for organizing and maintaining the smooth operation of the shows. Stuart also designed and built the company's main database and website.

In 2008, Stuart joined AuraQ Ltd as a Consultant Developer, where they helped clients optimize performance in targeted areas of their businesses. Stuart worked on various projects, using software tools such as the popular BPM platform Metastorm by OpenText. Stuart's clients included the NHS, Fire Services, ITV, and Network Rail.

In 2013, Stuart joined OpenText as a BPM Consultant, working with the company for a year before moving on to EDM Group. At EDM Group, they served as a BPM Consultant, working with clients like Mercedes, AVIS, NHS, and Nationwide to design and create IT system solutions.

Since 2016, Stuart has been associated with M-Files, starting as a Senior ECM Consultant and later transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager UK. In this role, they help ensure M-Files' customers achieve their intended success by acting as a trusted advisor and voice within the company.

Stuart Barnwell pursued their Bachelor's degree in IT Business Management from the University of Worcester, from the year 2008 to 2011. Before that, they completed a 2:1 Bcs degree in Computer/Business from Worcester University, spanning from 2005 to 2008.
