Juha Hautamäki has extensive work experience in software development and research. Juha began their career in 1995 as a Research Assistant at the University of Tampere, where they helped develop object-oriented methods and a graphical tool for creating parsers. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Research Scientist on the FRED project, which involved documenting Java frameworks. At the Tampere University of Technology, Juha worked as a Research Scientist from 2000 to 2005, participating in projects focused on developing an Eclipse-based tool for documenting Java frameworks. Juha then joined Universomo Ltd, THQ Wireless in 2005 as a Programmer, where they contributed to maintaining and developing a mobile game project platform. Juha joined M-Files in 2009 as a Software Developer and later was promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Juha remains at M-Files, working in these roles to the present.
