Anu Hyytiäinen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Anu started their career as a Sales Assistant at LT Skor Oy in 1993 and then went on to work as a Sales Manager at Profitex Oy from 1997 to 1999. Anu continued their career as a Product Manager at LT Sportswear Oy from 1995 to 1997. In 2000, they joined Image Wear Oy as a Marketing Manager and later became the Sales Manager and Sales Team Leader from 2003 to 2006. After that, they worked as a Sales Manager at RDN from 2006 to 2007. Currently, they are working at M-Files Corporation, where they started as a Sales Manager in 2008 and has since held various roles, including Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive.

Anu Hyytiäinen has a diverse educational background, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology, which they obtained from 1985 to 1993. In 2002, they pursued additional training in Tietojohtaminen (Information Management) through a supplementary education program at the University of Tampere. Anu also completed an educational program for Asian expertise at Gateway to Asian Business FEC in 2006.

In terms of certifications, Anu obtained a Mastership in SaaS Sales Method from Winning by Design in February 2021.
