Achraf Maouloudi is an experienced professional in customer success and product management with a diverse background. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Valona Intelligence and as an Ambassador for Customer Success Collective, Achraf has a strong focus on fostering community connections in the customer success field. Previous roles include Team Lead for Customer Support & Success at Billie, Co-Founder and Business Development lead at mint_lab, and Customer Success Team Lead at SOREC, where efforts included designing customer service strategies and implementing customer experience projects. Additional experience includes product management roles at Anouar Invest Group and SIERA, focusing on marketing strategy and performance analysis. Achraf holds an MBA from Corvinus University of Budapest and an Engineer's degree from ESITH Casablanca.
