Steve Paho has a diverse work experience background. Steve started their career as a junior financial auditor at Constantin Associes in 2010. In 2011, they joined Société Générale where they held multiple roles including financial analyst and accountant, as well as being involved in LBO financing and agency activities. Their most recent position was as the Head of Portfolio Monitoring - Private Debt (Leveraged Finance) at Lyxor Asset Management, a role they started in February 2018.

Steve PAHO obtained their International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF) from HEC Paris in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Expertise, Audit et Contrôle from ISC Paris in 2009-2011. In 2005-2009, Steve earned their Licence in Sciences économiques from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Additionally, they have a Certification AMF from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France, obtained in 2016.
