Mark Tayles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark started their career at Intel in 1983 as a Technical Sales Engineer, with a focus on understanding customers' semiconductor needs and matching them to Intel's product line. In 1991, they joined Avnet as the Vice President - Canadian Area Director, where they ran the Canadian interests of the company, which is an industrial distributor of electronic components to OEMs. In 2005, Mark founded EnablerTech, a Manufacturer's rep-ing company representing electronic component suppliers to Canada's electronic OEM customer base. In 2013, they joined Lytica Inc. as the VP of Sales & Marketing, and later held roles such as President & CEO, EVP Sales and Customer Success, and Executive Vice President Of Sales. Currently, Mark holds the position of EVP of Industry Applications at Lytica Inc. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated a strong understanding of the electronics industry and has successfully led sales, marketing, and executive roles.

Mark Tayles received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University between the years 1979 and 1983.
