Carol Hamra has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Carol began their career at Nortel Networks in 1984, where they worked as a Project Manager and R&D Engineer. In this role, they managed and maintained project performance for over 30 projects, including resource commitments, timeline updates, and budget tracking.

Carol then transitioned to the role of Component Engineer at Nortel Networks, where they provided analysis and chaired component design reviews with NPI design teams and commodity component engineers.
