Zach Favors, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Battery R&D at Lyten and has previously held significant roles in the battery technology sector, including Chief Technology Officer and Director of R&D at NexTech Batteries, Inc. Additionally, Zach Favors contributed to advancements in electrochemical science as a Senior Electrochemical Scientist at ZAF Energy Systems Inc. Early in the academic career, Zach Favors was a Graduate Student Research Scientist and Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Riverside. Zach Favors holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
