Chelsea Waliser is the Public Sector Partnerships Director at Lyra Health, working to support mental health needs in state, local, and K-12 workforces. Prior to Lyra, Chelsea served as the Washington State Executive Director at Upstream USA, leading efforts to improve access to birth control. With experience at 270 Strategies, GSA, Obama for America, and various roles in communications and political strategy, Chelsea has a strong background in grassroots organizing and public affairs. Chelsea holds a BA in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound.
