Francisco Morgadinho has a diverse work experience in finance and strategy roles. Francisco is currently the VP of Finance and Strategy at LyondellBasell since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Baker Hughes from July 2021 to April 2023. Francisco also served as the BHGE Chemicals CFO at Baker Hughes from August 2017 to October 2021. Before joining Baker Hughes, Francisco worked at GE Oil & Gas, where they held various roles including O&G Commercial Finance Leader and CFO for the Sub Sahara Region and Angola Subsea Systems. Francisco was also the Finance Integration Leader at GE Oil&Gas and a Senior Audit Manager at General Electric. Francisco started their career as a Financial Analyst and Commercial Finance Analyst at GE Plastics and as a Macro-Economic Financial Analyst at IGCP - Portuguese Public Debt Agency.

Francisco Morgadinho completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidade de Coimbra from 1997 to 2002. Francisco also participated in an exchange program at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1999-2000, focusing on Economics.
