Leandro Arães is a dedicated civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and budget coordination across various engineering disciplines. Currently serving as a Pleno Civil Engineer at Lyon Engenharia since October 2024, Leandro previously held the same position at MCA Auditoria e Gerenciamento Ltda, where responsibilities included managing licensing processes, community engagement, and technical oversight of construction projects. Additional experience includes coordinating budget teams at Grupo Projeta and serving as a civil engineer for Santa Luzia's municipal government. Leandro has a strong educational background, holding an MBA in Capital Projects from PUC Minas, a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FGV, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Centro Universitário Metodista Izabela Hendrix.
