Amanda Ortiz has over two decades of experience in public service and human resources. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Lyon County since June 2017, Amanda's prior roles include Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Trustees, as well as Administrative Assistant for Human Resources at the Lyon County School District from November 2011 to August 2016. Amanda's career began at Lyon County in September 2000 as a Public Safety Dispatcher, eventually becoming a Shift Supervisor before transitioning to administrative roles.
