Additionally, Samuel worked at Plaine Commune Développement, driving urban renewal efforts across multiple municipalities and actively participating in comprehensive territorial planning. Early in the career, Samuel served as a Chargé d'Opérations Référent at SCET, leading urban studies and project developments. Samuel's educational background includes advanced studies at institutions such as HEC Paris and Sciences Po, complemented by a degree in landscape architecture from Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage de Versailles.
