Tammy Moore has extensive experience in operations and business improvement, currently serving as Head of Operations and Business Improvement at Lynx UK Ltd since April 2017, following a role as Business Process Improvement Manager. Prior to Lynx UK Ltd, Tammy was a Student at e-Careers Limited and worked as Inbound Operations Manager at Communisis from June 2014 to June 2016. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Excellence Manager and Lean Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group from January 2007 to June 2014. Tammy's educational background includes a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Knowledge Academy, NEBOSH qualifications, and multiple NVQ certifications in Customer Service Management, Organizational Leadership, and Business Administration from Cricklade College. Additionally, Tammy is an IRCA Certificated ISO9001:2015 Internal QMS Auditor.
