Andreas Bernsel is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Partner at Lynx Asset Management since June 2012, focusing on the development of systematic trading strategies within a ~$8 billion fully systematic CTA hedge fund that operates in global futures markets. Prior to this role, Andreas held various positions at MathWorks from October 2008 to May 2012, including Portfolio Manager, Principal Quantitative Researcher, and Quantitative Analyst. Andreas earned a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Stockholm University (2004-2008) and a M.Sc. in Engineering from Uppsala University (1997-2004).
