JP Norair has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2007. From 2007-2008, they were the Applications Engineering Manager at Savi Technology, where they supported the ISO 18000-7 licensing agenda. From 2009-2011, they were the Creator & Lead-Developer of the OpenTag open source project and the Chief Architect of the DASH7 Alliance. In 2010, they were a System Design Architect for Sync-Think and from 2011-2017, they were the CTO/Co-Founder of Haystack Technologies. From 2015-2020, they were the Director of R&D at XLP Capital and Partner, Sr. Engineer at Lambda Prime, Corp. Most recently, they have been the Principal FW & RF Engineer at PCH International and the Head of Network at Lynq Technologies, Inc. since 2021.

JP Norair attended Princeton University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. JP also attended Landon, though no degree or field of study is specified.
