Megan Forti is an experienced professional in technical operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Technical Operations at Lyndra Therapeutics, Megan previously held similar roles at Caraway Therapeutics, Inc., and Saniona, managing development, manufacturing, and technical transfer projects. Expertise includes knowledge of drug substance and drug product processes, contract management with CROs and CMOs, and project management to enhance operational performance. Prior experience includes leading technology transfer efforts at Covis Pharma and holding various technical roles at AMAG Pharmaceuticals. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
