Jim Uden is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Founder. Jim is currently working at Lync Health Partners, where they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer and Founder since January 2021. Before that, Jim served as the Chief Financial Officer at Haven Behavioral Healthcare from an unspecified start date in 2018 until December 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer and Founder of Meridian Surgical Partners from 2013 to 2018 and held the role of Senior Vice President Acquisitions and Corporate Development from 2005 to 2013. Jim began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Surgical Alliance from 2003 to 2005 and worked as a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at McDonald Investments from 2000 to 2003.

Jim Uden attended Montgomery Bell Academy from 1989 to 1993, where they did not receive a degree nor have a specified field of study. Jim went on to pursue a BA in Economics from The University of the South from 1994 to 1997.
